Toothpaste
Fluoride in toothpaste deactivates our immune system for six hours with each use, leaving us with
reduced resistance. Reading the label carefully is recommended. Even brands that are “healthier” than
others, such as Tom’s of Maine, now include it. It is important for all of us to search for alternatives and
to keep in mind that your routine may still include fluoride toothpaste to prevent cavities alternated with
a toothpaste that doesn't contain fluoride.
Organic Food
The foods we eat can be either a primary source of illness in our lives or a primary means of
strengthening and purifying our bodies, depending upon the choices we make. As much as possible, eat
organic whole, natural, unrefined foods. Avoid pre-packaged, cured, canned, or artificially preserved
items. Of course, organically grown fruits and vegetables and free range meats are far preferable to
those found in the typical grocery. Look always for what appears freshest—the best colors, textures, and
aromas you can find. As a general rule, the longer the shelf life of a product, the less nutritional value and

Deodorants and antiperspirants
The use and application of deodorants and antiperspirants that contain aluminum chlorhydrate may
destroy brain cells. When applied, the skin absorbs these chemicals into the body and the blood carries
them throughout the physical system, ending in the brain cells. Many popular products clog the sweat
